Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers promptly and professionally.
• Assist callers with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and addressing general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the system.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to resolve patient concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

• Education requirement is a High School Diploma.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a medical environment, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Required Work Hours

1st shift, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours as needed to accommodate business operations.
